Thank you for choosing Neat Neighbor! To ensure a smooth and professional cleaning experience, please review the terms below before booking.

 
📅 Booking & Payments
A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment.
Final payment is due immediately after cleaning is completed.
Accepted payments: debit/credit cards, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo
Quotes are based on property size, condition, and service add-ons. Additional charges may apply if the property needs more time or labor than estimated.
 
🔄 Cancellations & Reschedules
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Late cancellations (under 48 hours) may be charged up to 50% of the total service.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
One free reschedule is allowed with 24+ hours’ notice.
 
🧼 What’s Included in Your Cleaning
Standard move-in/move-out service includes:

Surface cleaning & sanitizing (countertops, shelves, etc.)
Inside cabinets, drawers, and closets
Full kitchen cleaning (including exterior of appliances)
Deep bathroom cleaning (tubs, toilets, mirrors, sinks)
Floors vacuumed, swept, and mopped
Trash removal (if on-site disposal is available)
Optional add-ons (may cost extra):

Inside oven and fridge
Interior windows and sills
Baseboards, door frames, or light switches
Spot cleaning walls
Excessive grime or pet-related messes
Need extras? Let us know when booking so we can price and prep accordingly.

💲 Additional Fees & Pricing Adjustments
We aim to keep pricing transparent, but the final cost may change based on the actual condition of the property or extra services requested. Below are common additional fees that may apply:

Heavy soil or excessive grime: $40–$100+
Pet hair or pet messes: $25–$75+
Inside oven or fridge: $25–$40 each
Interior windows/sills: Starting at $30
Wall spot cleaning: Starting at $25
Baseboard detailing: Starting at $25
Last-minute bookings (under 24 hours): $35+
Travel fee (if outside service area): varies by distance
All additional fees will be discussed before or during the appointment if applicable. If conditions are significantly different from what was quoted, we’ll get your approval before proceeding.

 
⚠️ Important Requirements
Home must be empty and free of movers/furniture at the time of cleaning.
Water and power must be turned on.
No pest infestations, hazardous waste, hoarding conditions, or mold.
Unsafe conditions will result in immediate cancellation and applicable fees.
 
🛠️ Damage & Liability
We treat every home with care. However, Neat Neighbor is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or wear
Items left inside cabinets/drawers
Fragile or unstable fixtures
Damage from improperly installed appliances or fixtures
Report any concerns within 24 hours with photos so we can assist.

 
👥 Your Responsibilities
Help us serve you better by:

Providing clear entry instructions and access codes
Securing pets during the appointment
Ensuring the property is accessible and ready for cleaning
Informing us of any special instructions at least 24 hours in advance
 
👍 Satisfaction Guarantee
Not satisfied? Let us know within 24 hours. We’ll work with you to make it right with a re-clean or other reasonable solution.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

 
🚫 Right to Refuse Service
We may cancel or stop service if:

The environment is unsafe
There are signs of pests, mold, or biohazards.
Cleaners are disrespected, harassed, or threatened.
 
📸 Photos for Quality Assurance
We may take before-and-after photos for internal use and quality checks. Your identity and personal items will never be shown without your written consent.
